Introduction to the Future Leaders Programme

The Future Leaders Programme is Forevue’s answer to dealing with the challenges we are all facing in the 21st Century.

Many millions of words have been written and spoken on the subject of change and predictions about the future, but only a small minority of leaders and managers are giving much thought or taking the initiative to do much
about it.

Forevue takes the lessons to be learned from leaders and managers who are in the vanguard of change, and builds them into a programme which is relevant for people at all levels and in all walks of life.

The focus is on “doing” rather than “knowing”, encouraging people to take the knowledge which is already available, and to use this knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

FLP workshops come in many different shapes and sizes, but they all involve problem-based learning. The participants spend over 90% of their time working in groups, learning about the key trends and drivers of change which are shaping the future, and their possible consequences.

The workshops focus on real issues – risks, threats and opportunities - which the participants and their organisation’s are facing. At the end of the workshop the participants present their conclusions and recommendations, which can be passed on to management for consideration.
